Victorinox I phone application

Victorinox Swiss Army claims to be the first watch company to introduce its timepieces interactively on the iPhone.

The company is offering a free iPhone application that will let owners of the Apple mobile and the iPod touch "try on the timepieces virtually" by holding their device up to their wrists.

This comedy feature aside, the app will also provide info on the Victorinox's watch range, the history of the company, GPS-linked directions to stockists and a newsletter.

The "3D Timepiece" function will allow you to visualise the Chrono Classic XLS Multi-Task from every angle as well as interactively test the functions.

Gravitation watch

There are some eagerly awaited watches coming from Calvin Klein and they certainly look interesting. Take for example the CK gravitation
Classic. It is certainly elegant. Inspired by the detail and precision of a compass and the distinction of watches created in the early 20th century,
the oversized silver dial is completed with a big seconds hand in blue. Completed with sapphire glass, this Swiss made timepiece displays hours, minutes, and seconds (as well as chronograph functions in the corresponding watch) and is enclosed in a brushed and polished stainless steel case. The thick masculine strap is offered in black or brown leather with buckle closure. Available in men's gent and chrono size. Keep an eye on the site. It is coming soon.
